Not if cared for correctly. I use a trademarked preservation method that prevents mold or discoloration. Environmental factors like heat or moisture can still impact it if not stored properly.

What is the warranty on keepsake jewelry?

I offer a 1‑year warranty for custom pieces and a 14‑day warranty for Ready‑to‑Wear items against manufacturing faults. Warranties are void if care instructions are not followed.

Can I return or exchange my jewelry?

Custom keepsakes are non‑refundable. Ready‑to‑Wear items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days if defective or incorrect, unused and in original packaging.

How long will my keepsake jewelry last?

With proper care, your jewelry can last a lifetime. The resin and preserved inclusions are designed to remain intact indefinitely when protected from environmental damage.

You would need to send a 10” (25 cm) lock of tail hair, with the thickness of a pencil the entire length.

This pendant is not suitable for human hair or for the manes of a horse, just for horse tail hair. If you would like to have something made with any other hair than horse tail, ask me for the options.
