A: Turnaround time is typically 4–6 weeks from when I receive your inclusions. Rush options may be available—please reach out before ordering.

A: Yes! Many customers choose to create jewelry using ashes, umbilical cord, or other meaningful materials. These keepsakes honor any kind of love and story.

The Creation Process:
Select your preferred jewellery piece or ornament from the collection.
Click “add to cart” and fill out the order intake form. Let us know which inclusions you would like to include and if you want any shimmer colors or flecks added to your precious piece. Here you can see some examples: shimmer colors. For more inspiration, have a look at our Instagram or Facebook page.
To keep the process as transparent and simple as possible, there are no extra costs for additional inclusions, shimmers or flecks.
Send us your precious inclusions by mail. Detailed sending instructions will be found in your order confirmation email, or scroll down to see them.
We will email you a confirmation when your precious inclusions have arrived to our studio.
Once we have received your inclusion(s), we will preserve any breastmilk and formula and start the creation process of your precious keepsake. The turnaround time depends on the time of year and on the piece you have selected, but will vary between 3 to 12 weeks, not including shipping time. We will indicate your specific turnaround time when we have received your inclusions.
When your precious piece is ready to go home, you will receive another email with the tracking information. Did you know that we offer FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING?
Any leftover inclusions (other than breastmilk and formula), will be send home with the finished keepsake.
